These are what came to me as key themes for the month of February.

Stay close to the truth. Be at one with yourself wherever possible. Integrity is essential if you’re not going to be sucked into polarities and obfuscation.

Keep checking in with yourself. Opinions fly. It’s an experimental time: so many possibilities and timelines are opening all at the same time. What is your path through this?

That’s why it’s important to stay focused on what’s most important to you. Your deeper values become your compass. Every time you read or hear someone else’s words, filter them through your heart to check they resonate. This is how to stay true to yourself.

Take the time to smell the Daphne (a flowering bush now blooming). This slows you down enough to feel your intuition and the inner compass.

What direction are you going in? Have you strayed from your purpose? Why is this so important? Because there are so many voices speaking up now, so many external influences and social movements rising up to be reckoned with.

Each of us has an individual path. If we stay true to this, we will meet and collaborate socially and collectively. In symbiosis, everyone brings a different dish to the table.

Be your most creative, original self to nurture this individuality — it’s not about taking sides or positions. There is too much change and uncertainty as we and the planet birth the new.

Hang loose, as we’ve said before, to outcomes. Approach and integrity are everything, the lode star — the north star. When we come back to centre, the directions are clear.

Hold onto your hats: there is volatility and there are unexpected surges this month. The water-bearer (Aquarius) may drop his load. Dramatic, sudden Earth events — flash floods, Earth rumblings.

The war-mongering continues to rumble, threaten and flare. But the peace wave is gaining strength. A tsunami of peace is gaining momentum, just over the horizon. Then you’ll see the power and effects of meditation, peace and love! This is what we mean by a sea change.

Be socially and environmentally responsible in as many situations as you can. This will strengthen this muscle and manifest changes collectively.

Trust that there is a new order birthing through the chaos. The time has come for big transformations and shifts in views. It may be confusing during transition as more of the old familiarity washes away.

Change is in the air too (February is the month of Aquarius, an air sign, and Pluto has moved into Aquarius for the next 20 years). This manifests in all levels of communication, from the spiritual dimensions downloading more to us, to how humans interact; and opening up connections and understanding with other species, and planets; and technological advances and AI— it’s limitless!

Again, discern with your heart and follow your inner compass so you can sense the difference and makes conscious decisions about who and what to trust. This is essential for navigating your way through so you don’t get lost or start to make unhealthy decisions.
